We offer you Antique (re-claimed) Heart Pine for flooring and paneling. The antique heart pine is a tighter grain and has a darker color than the new heart pine. The re-claimed and new heart pine both make beautiful flooring and paneling, you can stain the new heart pine and make it look more like the re-claimed, but still there is a difference, the denser the grain the harder the wood is.

If you are trying to match the old you need to stay with the old. It cost a lot to buy and process the old heart pine, and the look is not the same so that is why it is priced so much higher
